To function under the direction of the Director of the Institute and to supervise the accounts of the Institute and shall assist in preparation of budget and in exercising budgetary control. I am also responsible for the finalization of accounts and for internal auditing and to perform such functions and shall carry out such duties as are assigned to him by the Director from time to time.
