Brief Background :
I graduated with a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Rajarshi Shahu Mahavidyalaya (Autonomous) Latur Affiliated SRTM University Nanded. I conducted my Master’s dissertation in ARI’s Department of Bioenergy and joined ARI as a research student on project SP-337 under Dr. Sumit Singh Dager’s guidance, focusing on large-scale biomethane production from rice straw using anaerobic fungi.

His research involves the large-scale production of biomethane from rice straw using anaerobic fungi and includes experience with bioreactor setup and operation. He also works on the identification and characterization of anaerobic microorganisms, primarily fungi and archaea, using genomic and omics analysis, in addition to concentrating on anaerobic fungi on an enormous scale and their enzymatic activity study.
